FURLUX Returns & Exchanges

The 30-Day "Perfect Fit" Guarantee

We want you to love how you see the world. If you are not 100% satisfied with your eyewear, you have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return them for a full refund to your original payment method or a one-time exchange for store credit.

  • Full Refund: 30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, "like-new" condition, including the FURLUX case and cleaning cloth.

  • Exclusions: While standard shipping is free, any expedited shipping fees or taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Manufacturing & Lens Warranty

Precision Guarantee

Every FURLUX lens is professionally finished and quality-checked by DONNA® Labs. If you suspect a manufacturing or prescription error, please contact us within 30 days. If our lab confirms a production error, we will remake your glasses at no cost to you.

12-Month Limited Warranty

Your FURLUX eyewear is built to last. The following are covered for one (1) full year from the date of receipt:

  • Lens Coatings: Defects in Anti-Reflective (AR) or Blue-Shield coatings.

  • Frame Integrity: Manufacturing defects in hinges or frame material.

Note: This standard warranty covers defects, not accidental damage (drops/crushes) or normal wear and tear. For "oops" protection, we recommend the FURLUX Care+ Protection Plan.


How to Start a Return

  1. Get your RA: Email contact@furluxusa.com with your Order Number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack it Up: Send the glasses, and case to our New York facility at 101-24 Dupont St, Plainview, New York 11803.

  3. Process: Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
